The most common word that our clients use to describe our service is “efficient”; we understand that, when providing services like waste disposal and washroom product restocking, speed and reliability are key. If a provider lets you down and your bins are full, it can be a real inconvenience, and often impact the day-to-day functioning of your business. TWC Group takes great pride in showing up on time, every time across all three divisions, and carrying out our services with the utmost professionalism.
Alongside “efficiency”, we have several other frequent themes in our reviews, all of which we are extremely proud of. Our staff are regularly described as “friendly”, “helpful”, “polite”, and (in one particularly memorable instance) as “an absolute legend”! Our communication is also noted as a strong feature of our service, with prompt replies to queries, and any changes relayed in good time.
Particularly in our Drain Care division, but also occasionally in our other sectors, we are the people our clients call when they have an immediate problem. Some of our favourite reviews are those left after we have been called to emergencies, or when a client has been let down by another provider; it is incredibly fulfilling to be able to solve problems in real time. For example, one client notes that we “came out 4 times in that week” to get a blocked toilet “which was an absolute nightmare” sorted, keeping frequent contact to monitor the problem. Another praises that our team “turned up and had the problem solved within half an hour”.
