We are recruiting at our office in Bradford.

JOB TITLE: Office Manager Bradford

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To manage the office function, including operational/service management. Based in Bradford, it will require the post holder to travel between sites as required.

Reports to: General Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day running of the Bradford office
  • Manage and work with Bradford driving supervisor and driving team
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and administrative systems
  • H&S Compliance
  • HR
  • Helping the company to promote high morale and communicate the company’s operating policies, customer issues and safety measures
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Day to day management of the office function linked to the management of the washroom service team and to support the driver supervisor
  • Ability to create a good plan and determination to accomplish goals
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction
  • Fleet management and maintenance
