Over the last couple of years TWC have been working towards streamlining our offices and the service that we offer all our customers by transitioning from physical documents to an ‘Electronic Document Management System’.
We have invested in iPads for all our drivers, giving them all customer information at the touch of a button.
Feedback shows that our customers are happy with our new way of working and having all information about their account at hand makes a positive difference.
Customers sign for each service and in return receive an electronic signed proof of service report.
Not only is this a great progression for the company but it has reduced the amount of paper we use and this is always good for the environment!
