Firstly, Sleningford Watermill provides facilities for camping and touring guests, nestled in 14 acres of beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Seeking familiarity and consistency, they chose TWC for our local connections– we are close enough to schedule extra waste collections, should they be required, and have been reliably working with the venue for the last 7 years. They have also used our drain services, and were delighted with the result, noting that “all staff from TWC are very friendly and personable”.

The James Herriot Centre in Thirsk, a visitor centre dedicated to The Yorkshire Vet, has been working with TWC for 8 years. We understand the importance of exemplary washroom facilities in a centre that welcomes visitors from all over the world, and maintain their facilities with pride. The centre prioritises working with local businesses wherever possible, and “cannot fault the service, staff or products” that we provide.

One of our newer clients is Masamune Tattoos, based in Whickham, Newcastle. After a bad experience with their previous provider, in which collections were missed and excess waste was left. For a business that deals with clinical waste and sharps disposal, this was unacceptable, and so we stepped in. The studio was delighted that we are “a regional company that is run like a local one, with the Sales Manager even coming to the studio personally”.
